What is mindful movement and how does our sessions work?
Mindful movement is a combination of breath work, visualisation and strengthening poses. Each exercise has the purpose of connecting to your Chi, energy and regaining balance and flow of your energy. Mindful movement is practiced in many traditional and successful forms such as, Tai Chi, Chi quong and forms of yoga.
In this session you will start by focusing your thoughts with meditation and then move through a set of gentle stretches and strengthening poses. The session ends with guided meditation and time to connect and feel your energy.
An ideal session to get the energy flowing, releasing tension and calming the mind. No previous experience is necessary , this is a very gently session perfect for beginners and a low impact exercise class. This session can be done one to one or in a private small group. Read more here. . .
