What is Guided meditation and how does it work?
Meditation is a technique of focusing the mind and training our awareness.
This can be done with mindfulness, which is focusing on the present moment and through visualisation. Visualisation is creating an image in the mind as a new point of focus. The meditations we use are tailored to your specific needs.
This session includes two mediations one mindfulness and one visualisation .You are gently guided through each meditation in the comfort of a calm, gentle space.
